Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

    • Other International: 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Damages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lamborghinimagnetic@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lamborghini Levitating is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider using a secure delivery location.
